9.1 Full NameThe Company uses this information to identify the Customer’s account. The Company uses this information to quickly verify details, purchases, and information connected with the Customer’s name. The Company also uses this information to give the Customer quick support when questions or issues arise.9.2 PasswordThe Customer’s password gets used as the key when they log onto their RavinXHost account. The Customer password does not get stored as pure text. The password gets encrypted before it gets saved so no employees or management can access or read the password.9.3 EmailThe Company uses emails to communicate with its Customers. Receipts, information relating to downtime/issues, and invoices will be sent to the Customer’s email address. The email address will also be used to change the password through a verified, secure email. Breach of our Terms of Service will be informed and sent directly to the Customer’s email address.9.4 TransactionsThe Company uses Stripe and PayPal to sell Services. The Company has access to the public information the Customer displays on their payment account. The Company has access to the transaction IDs, purchase date, and paid amount. You can read more about it under “Third Party” further down on this page.9.5 IP AddressesThe Company can collect the Customer’s IP address through the use of the Services. When the Customer purchases a hosting service and logs onto that service, the Customer’s IP address will be collected and registered in a secure database.9.6 Third Parties9.6.1 Discord:The Company can view public information about the Customer’s account on Discord. This includes username and tag, discord ID, public connections, status, avatar/banner, and the about me page.9.6.2 PayPal:The Company uses PayPal as a payment gateway to sell services and products. The Company collects transactional information from purchases the user has made on The Company. This information will link the user’s account with the purchases on The Company. The information gets used as an informational source if issues arise, such as chargebacks, scams, and alike.9.6.3 CashApp:The Company uses CashApp as a payment gateway to sell services and products. The Company collects transactional information from purchases the user has made on The Company. This information will link the user’s account with the purchases on The Company. The information gets used as an informational source if issues arise, such as chargebacks, scams, and alike.9.6.4 Cryptomus:The Company uses Cryptomus as a payment gateway to sell services and products.
