Terms of ServiceThis is the Terms and Conditions agreement between you, and the company. You, the user, agree to have read, acknowledged, and accepted these Terms and Conditions when using RAVNIX or purchasing a service. RAVNIX reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions as we deem fit, without prior notice. Breach of these Terms and Conditions may lead to the Customer’s account being suspended, and the Company taking legal action against the Customer.
Definitions1.1 The following definitions apply to this agreement: “RAVNIX” “Company” is the hosting company owned and managed by RAVNIX LLC.“Customer” means the user or entity that has sent funds by purchasing a service or product from RAVNIX.“Services” means the products or services the Customer can purchase at any moment from RAVNIX.“Subscription” means a recurring payment made to the Company. This recurring payment happens monthly from the first payment date.“Contract” means an enforced agreement between the Company and the Customer. The customer is required to follow the Terms and Conditions in the contract agreement.“Customer Credentials” means the login credentials that access the Customer's account on RAVNIX. The credentials are username, email, and password.
Children under the age of 132.1 If the Customer is below the age of 13, the Customer will require a legal guardian’s permission in order to purchase a Service from the respected Company. If the underage Customer breaches this Contract, the Customer’s legal guardian will be held responsible for the child’s actions.
Right to Refuse3.1 The Company reserves the right to refuse to provide any Customer with support, unless specific requirements, or circumstances, are met.3.2 The Company will not provide support for plugins, configurations, modpacks, world files, export and import of files, or problems not related to or caused directly by the Service.3.3 The Company sells a package addition (“Premium Support”). If the Customer purchases this package, the Company will provide extensive free support for: plugins, modpacks, worlds, and export and import of files.3.4 The Company may offer free support for the following: An issue, problem, or bug with the Service. The Service went offline, crashed, or is not working correctly. Questions, and/or concerns. Billing support (payments not going through). Service not received within 24 hours.
Discretion4.1 The Company reserves the right to refuse; to register a person, entity, or company. The Company can refuse to sell products to a person, or entity for any reason or no reason at all.4.2 The Company can change these Terms and Conditions, or the Privacy Policy without prior notice to the Customer. It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to stay alert to changes, or updates made to the Contract.4.3 The Company reserves the right to terminate (“suspend”) service for any reason or no reason at all.
Support and Conduct5.1 The Company offers free support to the Customers (if it is within the requirements of § 3.3). The Company requires the Customer to act professional, respectful, and polite when contacting or seeking help from the support team.5.2 All members, staff, and Customers are required to behave appropriately at all times. It is not allowed to make jokes, or talk negatively about a user’s identity aspects; race, skin color, gender, religion, sexuality, and such.5.3 Sensitive topics are not allowed to be discussed or talked about on the Company’s platform. Politics, economics, religion, or other sensitive topics are not allowed to be discussed.
Disclaimer6.1 The Company is not affiliated with Mojang AB or Microsoft. The Company provides game servers for the game Minecraft.6.2 The Company is not responsible, therefore can not be held responsible for the following:Corrupted files (non-functional-files).Nulled, corrupted, or leaked .jar files.Exploits or bugs within the .jar files.EULA violation.Third-party violation.
Abuse and Exploits7.1 The Customer is not allowed to abuse, or exploit any issues that may occur. This accounts for the Company’s systems, discord bot, ticket system, website, or Services.7.2 The respected Company may take legal action against the Customer, and terminate the Customer’s Service if any part of the following is violated: Use of malware, or illegal software on the Service. Use of copyrighted material (documents, graphics, or services). Attempt to break, overload, or otherwise ruin a Service provided by the Company. Abuse of the support, or billing system. Abuse of Service memory, or CPU. Overloading a Service.
Payments, Refunds, and Chargebacks8.1 All payments are to go through the Company’s billing portal. Payments are not to be sent directly to the Company, but through the specific invoice created for the desired purchase of a Service.8.2 Chargebacks are strictly forbidden whilst using RAVNIX Services. If a chargeback is initiated by the Customer, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Customer’s account and may pursue legal action to recover any losses.8.3 Refunds are processed according to the Company’s Refund Policy, which can be found on the Company’s website. Refund requests must be submitted through the appropriate channels and within the specified timeframe.8.4 The Company does not offer refunds for services already provided or if the Customer’s account is terminated due to a violation of the Terms and Conditions.
Limitation of Liability9.1 The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of its services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use.9.2 The Company’s total liability to the Customer for any claim arising out of or relating to the use of its services shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the service in question.
Governing Law10.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.10.2 Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where the Company is registered.
